Duplex Steel Spectacle Flanges consists mainly of chromium (21–23%), nickel (4.5–6.5%), and molybdenum (2.5–3.5%) and have a balanced microstructure of ferrite and austenite. This structure makes the material resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion. Their tensile strength range is 620–850 MPa, and their yield strength is about 450–550 MPa.
