Hastelloy Weldneck Flanges contain predominantly nickel, molybdenum, and chromium with limited additions of iron, tungsten, and cobalt to improve performance. They have a tensile strength ranging approximately 690–785 MPa and a yield strength of around 275–365 MPa, based on the alloy class. These flanges have good resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents, pitting, and stress-corrosion cracking.
